Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket and delivery option. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown automatically at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If you created an account, you can also view tracking from your order history.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item(s). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
