When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items quickly on business days. If your order includes a pre-order, we’ll dispatch once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
Can I track my delivery?
If your chosen service includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on the way.
What condition are your manga volumes in?
We sell new items unless clearly labelled otherwise. Minor shelf wear can happen during transit, but we package carefully to minimise it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I received a damaged or incorrect item—what should I do?
