2) Orders & contract
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation (or dispatch confirmation, depending on the product). We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.
3) Prices, taxes & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout using the available payment methods. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
4) Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
5) Returns, refunds & cancellations
Our returns process and eligibility criteria are set out on Shipping & Returns. Where you have a right to cancel, you must notify us within the required timeframe and return items in line with the instructions provided.
6) Your account & acceptable use
